fun new things!
rick and i spent last weekend in san francisco as an early anniversary trip. i'll post pics of this soon. in the meantime here are some delightful new things in my house. my friend kate who lives in new york and i have started a club where we send each other things we make each month. last month i made her some tiny and cute stuffed animals, a bunny and deer. it's great to make and receive hand made gifts. plus, she's super talented so it's very exciting to get her handy work! here's the purse she made me:

this is the table we purchased recently on craigslist.com. it's the best deal i've ever gotten on anything in my life--i'm sure of it! it was only $60 and i love it! it came with 6 chairs and 3 leaves. someday we'll be able to seat everyone we know. the fabric on the chairs is horrid, but it will be a fun project when i have time.

i have to admit i haven't checked this in a bit because you are a bad, bad blogger. but scout's honor i will check more often if you post more often:)
i know! i'm terrible, it's hard to keep up with you every-day-bloggers. i shall try to be better though, cause lord knows i take enough pictures.
